Theo Gouskos
Managing Director

Theo is an experienced strategy and engagement consultant with a globally recognised track record in culturally responsive engagement and design. He works with organisations to shape bold visions, build meaningful partnerships, and activate strategies that stick. With deep experience across visioning, planning, evaluation and stakeholder engagement, Theo brings clarity, care and momentum to every stage of a project.

Jeremy Gaden
Principal

With a strong background in community engagement and creative industries, Jeremy brings deep expertise in designing and delivering programs that foster cultural, social, and economic impact. Prior to joining Greenshoot, he served as Senior Manager, Partnership Programs at Creative Victoria, where he oversaw a wide portfolio of initiatives supporting the state’s creative sector. His work is grounded in collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to inclusive outcomes.

Alicen Coddington
Associate Principal

Drawing on a unique blend of academic insight and real-world experience, Alicen brings depth and clarity to complex projects. With a PhD exploring the sociocultural dimensions of built environments, she helps clients navigate change, defining where they are and where they want to go, and strengthening alignment with purpose. Her work is grounded in curiosity, rigour, and a deep understanding of the social systems that shape places and organisations.

Grant Divall
Associate Principal

A registered architect with over two decades of experience, Grant has worked across a wide range of project types and scales, from metropolitan hubs to remote communities. His practice is grounded in thoughtful design and collaborative delivery, with a strong focus on community engagement, co-design, and outcomes that reflect local needs and aspirations. With deep technical knowledge and a people-centred approach, he helps bring projects to life in ways that are meaningful and enduring.

Stas Mantzis
Design Leader

Stas is a talented and passionate architect with diverse experience across a range of scales and typologies. Currently leading Greenshoot’s Conceptual Design for the interpretation of First Peoples’ cultural knowledge and design translation, he fosters meaningful engagement and emphasises reciprocity in the design process.

Kirsten joined the team as a design strategist after undertaking her Masters of Architecture. Throughout her studies, Kirsten has developed a practice focused on human centred design, remote building in sensitive environments and a process predicated on inclusive and collective design.
