The engagement for 2 Wingrove Street has included pop-up sessions, interviews with key stakeholders, online Q&As, and a YourSay project page to capture the voice and ideas of Darebin’s diverse community.

Darebin City Council is embarking on a masterplan process for the unique site at 2 Wingrove Street to ensure that future usage maximises its potential while aligning with the needs and aspirations of the community. Greenshoot is currently working with Council to deliver a broad range of community engagement activities that will inform and seek feedback from the community and key stakeholders to guide the future redevelopment.

Interviews with main stakeholders include current occupants of the site, neighbouring community service providers, local residents and interested community members.

The final report will summarise engagement findings into clear recommendations that will guide the masterplan and future redevelopment.
