Our methodology combined desktop research and stakeholder interviews with Wadawurrung and sector experts to identify potential opportunities for cultural tourism aligned to the aspirations of Wadawurrung.
Greenshoot partnered with Value Advisory Partners to evaluate each opportunity’s potential value using a Multi-Criteria Assessment tool, resulting in a ranked listing.
A timeframe for the plan was developed with reference to internal capacity, readiness and complexity of the opportunities.
