Creative Victoria specifically sought to engage a team with deep experience in working in socially complex environments, where the process of engagement was equally important to success as any recommendations or insights that were gathered.
Greenshoot engaged with project partners and stakeholders to resolve issues surrounding the development of the new Shepparton Art Museum, providing meaningful engagement with local Traditional Owner groups and First Peoples arts practitioners including Kaiela Arts, a grassroots First Peoples arts organisation who was intended to become SAM’s key tenant. The process implemented by Greenshoot was instrumental in building stronger relationships between partners.
