Monash University Intentional Partnerships Program Industry Colloquium

Greenshoot Consulting undertook a 12-month review of Monash University’s Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences’ placement partnership program, involving interviewing the CEOs of 25 hospital partners from across the state, as well as university executive staff, operational staff and over 960 students to identify how future ready placement ecosystem could be co-designed for all parties.

The Faculty’s Intentional Placement Partnerships seek to bring together the different industry organisations that operate within the placement environment and develop stronger relationships between the Faculty and its industry partners.

As part of this work, Greenshoot worked with the Faculty to develop an industry colloquium, inviting managers, educators, supervisors and alumni from placement partners to attend and provide input into the implementation initiatives. Greenshoot facilitated this industry-wide forum attended by approximately 100 people to generate implementable insights into the program and the development of an online resource to further enhance the professional placements.
