Murrup Barak is committed to restructuring it’s existing Cultural Training Program to both increase access to the cultural training at the University of Melbourne and tailor the program to suit local and University specific content.
The restructured training program consisted of 3 stages:
Online eLearning Module
Half day face-to-face Cultural Awareness Workshop
Full day face-to-face Cultural Competency Workshop
Greenshoot was engaged to develop the content of the Online eLearning Module and was appointed to assist Murrup Barak in:
The development of both the face-to-face cultural awareness workshop and cultural competency workshop.
The evaluation of the existing workshops, through interviews with Murrup Barak staff, participant reviews and the mapping of existing content against the draft Online eLearning Module has established a framework for the intent of each of the 3 stages to the cultural training program
