Greenshoot was engaged by the Department of Premier & Cabinet to undertake the first stage Community & Other Stakeholder Engagement for the Munarra Centre for Regional Excellence, a new Indigenous-led sporting and education precinct in Shepparton. The client was seeking to align all partners and stakeholders around a Vision for the project, identify key activities that would underpin the centre, and build a case for further partnership support.
A Ways of Working Charter for the Munarra Centre was developed and key components that would make up the Centre’s business model were identified. This information was used to develop a Case for Support document to be used in discussions with a range of potential partners.
Through this engagement, Greenshoot helped align stakeholders together behind a strong project Vision and established the basis from which to build a series of partnerships to support the ongoing success of the project.
