Our strategy involved developing three e-learning modules that aimed to provide students with the tools needed to deal with conflict in their future workplaces.
Module 1: Identifying and understanding aggressive behaviour and what causes it, so that people are able to possibly prevent scenarios occurring in future.
Module 2: Techniques to prevent, manage, and de-escalate aggression which are grounded in empathy and respect.
Module 3: Teaching the importance of reporting, and understanding its contribution to the safety of people in future conflict environments.
The e-learning modules combined a variety of media forms including training videos to deliver practical learning outcomes and provide valuable experience to students.
