Greenshoot was engaged by the Faculty of Education at Monash University to design a coherent and aligned strategy for the Professional Experience Division.

Monash Faculty of Education recognises the criticality of placement experience for pre-service teachers in facilitating job readiness. The Faculty also recognises the much broader opportunity student placement presents to connect Faculty and industry, to provide a mechanism to test the currency of curriculum, and to evaluate the readiness of graduates’ attributes.
Greenshoot partnered with Monash to develop the Professional Experience strategy and related plan, describing key areas of impact and key initiatives required to facilitate the development of job ready graduates, as a key outcome. Streams of work related to Teaching & Curriculum Development, Graduate Readiness and Partner Stewardship were formed.
