Hansen Yuncken Indigenous Participation Framework

Hansen Yuncken (HY) engaged Greenshoot to review their policies regarding Indigenous participation and to design and embed a sustainable Indigenous Participation Framework as part of commitment to embracing, understanding and celebrating the rich and diverse history of First Peoples.

Greenshoot undertook a comprehensive review of all HY policies. Working with First Peoples staff and associates, Greenshoot developed a comprehensive framework for the consideration and subsequent implementation by the HY Executive.

‘Our Roadmap for Impact: Indigenous Participation Framework’ was endorsed and adopted in full by the organisational leadership. The framework recognises the reciprocal benefits of actively supporting Indigenous people and enterprise in the communities in which HY work, the contribution of Indigenous people to HY’s organisational culture and reflects HY’s aspiration as an organisation to demonstrate leadership in this domain.
