Greenshoot was engaged by Exemplar Health to consult with and facilitate the inclusion of First Peoples’ knowledge, design, and culture within the redevelopment of Frankston Hospital.

Greenshoot’s involvement in this project strived to create a legacy of economic and social benefit for First Peoples and other underrepresented groups throughout project delivery.

Greenshoot has extensive history in bid strategy and working within the interface of large scale infrastructure projects and communities. Combined with our expertise in Traditional Owner engagement and in developing First Peoples Participation Plans, Greenshoot engaged with First Peoples, provide cultural and historical mapping of the area, consolidate First Peoples story telling throughout this project whilst advising on government policy and design principles that aligned each of the parties involved.
