Greenshoot was engaged by Value Advisory Partners on behalf of Maribyrnong City Council to lead stakeholder engagement for the City of Maribyrnong: Economic Study aimed at providing a deep understanding of what the key drivers are in the council’s local economy that support local employment, and what opportunities could be unlocked if and when key investments and projects are delivered.

The stakeholder engagement took place in two Parts:

  • Part 1: conducting 1:1 interviews and small group workshops to understand the opportunities and barriers to economic development and job creation

  • Part 2: capturing feedback from stakeholder on six programs and related actions that were designed from the research and engagement undertaken in Part 1.
