Greenshoot provided cultural and historical mapping and Traditional Owner engagement for the redevelopment of the Plenty River Trail project, a key deliverable of the Plenty Gorge Park Master Plan.

The Plenty River Trail project aimed to create unique and site responsive visitor experiences through the design of a quality trail and associated infrastructure that highlights and accentuates the environment and significant natural features and cultural values of the site.

Greenshoot undertook cultural and historical mapping and facilitated ongoing Traditional Owner engagement to inform project opportunities and integrate Traditional Owners feedback within the design outcomes such as the design of the trail, lookouts and bridges, as well as, to develop the wayfinding and interpretive signage strategy along the Plenty River Trail.
