Greenshoot Consulting was engaged by Museums Victoria to lead First People’s engagement in the master planning of the Exhibition Reserve.

This internationally significant project created an opportunity to establish a benchmark for embedding Indigenous knowledge systems within a world heritage site by amplifying the voice and aspirations of the site’s Traditional Owners.

This program of work included stakeholder Vision Alignment to reflect First People’s culture into the masterplan and the codesign of master planning Indigenous design principles to guide the development of the precinct into the future.
