What the Client Needed

Creative Victoria engaged Greenshoot Consulting to undertake a mid-project stakeholder engagement pulse check and Vision Alignment with key stakeholders, including representatives from local and state government and Indigenous community leaders, as part of its commitment to supporting successful outcomes for the new Shepparton Art Museum.

What We Did

We leveraged our deep experience in working in socially complex environments to implement a process of engagement that resonated with all stakeholders. This, coupled with our expertise across all phases of capital works project development allowed us to generate independent insights regarding the project’s Vision. We then workshopped the vision to ascertain what was critical to get right for each stakeholder group and establish a Ways of Working Charter.

The Outcome

Through this engagement, Greenshoot helped bring stakeholders together behind the project’s vision and create a renewed joint sense of purpose and an approach that will help ensure the projects ongoing success.
