What the Client Needed
Monash’s Faculty of Medicine Nursing and Health Sciences wanted support to produce a collaborative research project between the Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences & the Department of Community Emergency Health and Paramedic Practice to enhance the readiness of students for clinical placement and fieldwork.
What We Did
Greenshoot applied a systematic approach to the development of a blended learning solution based upon authentic and comprehensive engagement processes with Monash University colleagues within multiple departments and across the clinical environment, ensuring that these stakeholders became advocates and agents of cultural change through the process.
The Outcome
Greenshoot helped create and embed a bespoke learning solution in order to ensure excellence in dealing with aggression harassment in the workplace at scale, evaluate the efficacy of the solution prior to sharing the research findings with colleagues. Moreover, this flagship learning initiative can now be replicated across the University as an example of best practice with the potential for micro-credentialing. In addition, Greenshoot established a framework for ongoing evaluation in 2019 and developed a research-led curricula and peer-reviewed publication.
