Greenaway Architects is a Melbourne-based, award-winning architecture and interior design firm with an accumulative experience of over 50 years in both residential and commercial sectors. Our work ranges from large-scale public infrastructure projects to commercial developments, office fit-outs, retail and cultural projects and small scale private homes. Greenaway Architects is led by Jefa Greenaway (Waiwan/Kamilaroi) a nationally recognised architect, academic (University of Melbourne), design advocate and a regular design commentator on ABC Radio Melbourne). Over two decades he has championed Indigenous-led design thinking, particularly through the International Indigenous Design Charter, as Regional Ambassador (Oceania) of INDIGO (International Indigenous Design Alliance) and sits on numerous boards that intersect with art, architecture and cultural heritage.committed to innovative design and quality outcome to meet the needs and aspirations of all our client

Together, we are growing quickly, taking on projects across multiple sectors and applying our expertise in visioning, strategic planning, community and stakeholder engagement, precinct and infrastructure planning, architecture + design, placemaking, wayfinding and much more.

• Have experience working for a consulting firm and are comfortable leading client engagements;

• Have architectural and/or design backgrounds, at all levels of experience and across multiple disciplines including infrastructure, landscape, placemaking and way finding design

• Possesses a blend of creative flair, project management acumen and the ability to tell a story;

• Value relationships and the facilitation process as much as the solution itself;

• Work comfortably across multiple domains, combined with highly developed soft skills like empathy, complex reasoning and creative problem solving;

• Recognise that learning is multidirectional and the value of diverse perspectives;

• Are excited to work on projects where values and purpose mean are more than just a branding exercise.
